The Chatham World Heritage Partnership was the winner of the People’s Choice award at last week’s Medway Culture and Design Awards. This award was voted for by the public, and is a great testimony to the Partnership’s impact.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Partnership, by attending meetings and events, taking part in consultations, or simply spreading the word about Chatham’s outstanding heritage.

The Partnership also received a commendation in the Partnership Working category, and the Great Lines Heritage Park was shortlisted for the Open Spaces award.

Save the date – a special meeting of the Chatham World Heritage Partnership will help celebrate these successes, kindly hosted by Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust in the Royal Dockyard Church on Friday 17th December. More details to follow.
